PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Oradox Reveal is a disclosing agent which highlights dental plaque. These chewable tablets are very effective tools in patient education and motivation, helping to perform adequate plaque control.

Instructions for Use:

1. Improving Brushing:

• Brush and floss your teeth and rinse mouth with water.
• Chew Oradox Reveal tablet, swish around for 30 seconds and spit it out.
• Check for purple stains on the teeth as these stains signifies that plaque is still present on the teeth.
• Brush a second time more thoroughly to clean all the remaining plaque biofilm and then rinse with water.
• Rinse toothbrush and sink after use to help prevent stains.

2. Aid Oral Prophylaxis:

• Chew Oradox Reveal tablet, swish around for 30 seconds and spit it out. Rinse with water.
• Check for purple stains on the teeth as these stains signifies that plaque is still present on the teeth.
• Perform a through oral prophylaxis to eliminate the plaque.

Warnings:

• Harmful if swallowed.
• Causes severe nose irritation, skin burns and eye damage.
• IF SWALLOWED: Rinse mouth. Do NOT induce vomiting.
• IF ON SKIN (or hair): Take off immediately all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with water/shower.
• IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and continue rinsing.
• Get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell.
• Keep out of reach of children.

 Precautions:

• Do not swallow the tablets.
• Avoid stains on clothing as the coloring agent is strong.

 Contraindications: Do not use on patients with known allergies to any of the ingredients.

 Storage Conditions: Store at temperature between 10°C(50°F) to 24°C(75°F). Keep away from moisture and heat. Close the cap carefully after use. The shelf life of the product is valid only if left unopened and correctly stored in a cool dry place.

 Shelf Life: 2 years from the date of manufacturing.
